Build to Suit

Pointe Property Group is highly experienced in managing build-to-suit projects. We handle every aspect of the process from concept, site selection, zoning and regulatory processes, to building completion. We want our clients to stay focused on their business while we stay focused on their building project.

For each project, a full time project manager is assigned who will meet with the client and all representatives involved to insure proper communication and that expectations are being met from the pre-construction phase through to the final punch list review.
