Chattanooga, TN, March 30, 2010 – Dale H. Parks has joined Pointe Property Group as Facilities Maintenance and Construction Manager for The Pointe Centre, Pointe General Contractors and other properties under the umbrella of the Pointe Property Group, according to an announcement by Rex Allen, President and CEO of the real estate development company.
“We are pleased to have Dale join our team to fill the position at the helm of our property management efforts”, Allen said. “His long- time involvement in Chattanooga’s commercial real estate community and his extensive knowledge of the property management field are among the many reasons that we look forward to him joining our team.”
Parks brings with him over three decades of experience in all phases of development, management, maintenance and construction of commercial facilities as well as residential properties. Dale has managed construction and maintenance of over 14 million square feet of commercial facilities throughout the southeastern United States.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Dale has also served as an officer in the United States Army. Dale and his wife, Eva, reside in the Ooltewah area.
